Digital Tools
One for organisations, one for individuals. Both are self-scored, both take under half an hour, and both give you a number you can measure against in six months or twelve months. The choice is yours.
Where does your workforce's wellbeing actually stand? Twenty-four statements, six areas, one number you can measure against next year.
Scores your organisation across Governance, Data and Evidence, Prevention and Early Intervention, Work Design, Manager Capability and Voice, and Disclosure Readiness.
Produces a result out of one hundred, places you in one of five maturity bands, charts every area against the band thresholds, and names your three lowest-scoring areas with an explanation of why each one matters. One file. Opens in any browser on any device. Nothing to install, no account to create, no data sent anywhere. Your answers stay on your own machine.
Takes about twenty minutes. Best completed by whoever knows how the organisation actually operates, not how it intends to.
Print or save the result. Re-run it every six or twelve months, and the difference between the two scores becomes the evidence your reporting has been missing.
It is for organisations of roughly 20 to 250 people whose clients, tenders or boards have started asking harder questions about their workforce and who suspect the honest answer is that nobody knows.
Where your organisation stands on workforce wellbeing, scored across six areas, with your three priority gap named.
Questions people ask:
Is this a certification? No. It is a self assessment. You score yourself, and you should describe the result that way in anything you publish externally.
Does it collect personal data? No. It assesses the organisation, never an individual, and nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
Do I need to be an expert? No. It is written in plain terms and takes about twenty minutes.
What if I score badly? Most organisations do the first time, particularly on governance. A low honest score is more useful than a high flattering one, because it tells you where to start.
What happens after? Nothing, unless you want it to. There is no follow-up sequence.
Who built it? Chipo Charidza, founder of AFRIZ. The prevention logic in it comes from over two decades in healthcare, most of it in critical care.

Is your working life built to last?
This scores how you have organised your working life across boundaries and workload, recovery and rest, environment and setup, support and speaking up, direction and development, and noticing early.
Gives you a result out of one hundred, places you in one of five bands from unmanaged to sustained, and names the three areas where a change would return the most.
It works with one file. Opens in any browser on any device. Nothing to install, no account, and nothing you enter is sent anywhere at all.
About fifteen minutes. Answer against how you actually work, not how you mean to.
Print or save the result. Take it again in every six or twelve months, and the difference tells you whether anything really changed. It is for anyone whose working life has quietly expanded to fill whatever space is available. Employed, self-employed, or somewhere in between.
This looks at habits and practices in how you organise your working life. It is not a health, medical or psychological assessment, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not clinical advice.
If you are struggling with your health or your mental health, please speak to your doctor, your occupational health service, or another qualified professional. A low score here is information about your routines, nothing more.
24 statements, 6 areas, and 1 place to start. How sustainably you have organised, your working life scored across six areas, with one place to start.
Questions people ask:
Is this a wellbeing or mental health test? No. Every question is about a practice or a routine, not about how you feel or how you are. It looks at how your working life is set up.
Does anyone see my answers? No. Nothing you enter leaves your own device. There is no account and no database.
What if I score badly? Most people do on at least two areas. The score is not a verdict; it is a starting point, and the tool names one place to begin rather than six.
Will this help me at work? It may. Many people find the same gaps exist at their employer on a bigger scale, which is what the organisation version is for.

Day-to-day empowering people and teams.
Prevention over cure.
By the time damage is visible, it costs the most to fix. That is true of a person, an organisation and a planet.
Sustainability is not a department.
It starts with one person looking after themselves, reaches the organisations they work in, and ends as a responsibility we all carry.
Africa connected, not catching up.
When Africa connects to global markets on its own terms, the whole ecosystem works better. For people, for the environment, and for shared prosperity.
