AFRIZ builds the connections. Between people and their own capacity, between organisations and the evidence they need, and between African businesses, talent and the wider world.
Today that starts with the tools below. It does not end there.
About our sustainability tools for organisations and individuals
When your board asks what the wellbeing spend achieves.
Most organisations cannot answer. The money is spent, the intention is real, and when a client, an investor or a tender asks what difference it makes, there is nothing to show.
The data usually exists. What is missing is someone accountable for watching it and authorised to act when it moves.
When people hold, organisations also hold.
Two tools. Same six ideas, two levels.
For organisations: The Wellbeing Baseline Diagnostic
Scores your organisation across six areas and gives you a result out of one hundred, a maturity band, and your three priority gaps. About twenty minutes. £197
For individuals: The Working Life Baseline
The same thinking, one level down. Scores how you organise your own working life and names where a change would return the most. About fifteen minutes. £29
It starts with one person looking after themselves. Then an employee. Then an employer caring for their employees. Then organisations caring for the environment they operate in. And finally, it becomes a global responsibility we all carry.
I build this way because of Ubuntu. I am because we are. Most tools in this space treat a person and an organisation as separate markets. I do not, because I was not raised to see them that way.
These two tools are the first two rungs. The same six ideas, at two levels.
Over two decades in healthcare taught me one thing above all others: prevention beats a cure, every single time. By the time something reaches intensive care, the cost is at its highest and the options are at their fewest.
That is where the way of seeing came from, and it is why everything here is built around noticing early.
Protected people. Evidenced organisations.

I write about protecting capacity, prevention at work, evidencing the social side of ESG, and connecting Africa to global markets. About one email a fortnight; no selling; unsubscribe whenever.

That is the long work, and it is what everything here is building toward.
Experiences and events. Sustainability summits and curated African experiences, designed so people meet the continent as it is rather than as it is imagined.
Concierge. Considered access for people and organisations who want to engage with Africa properly and do not know where to start.
Talent. Development and placement for African professionals, connecting capability to the opportunities that should already have found it.
Investment readiness initiatives. Helping African businesses build the governance, documentation and evidence that global markets expect so they meet those markets prepared rather than hopeful.
None of this is open yet. It is being built in order, and the tools on this site are the first stage. If you want to know when each part opens, the list below is where I say so first.
