1. Who you are buying from

These terms apply to everything sold through this website and store.

You are contracting with AFRIZ Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14833785, registered office: First Floor Office 25a, Ceme Innovation Centre, Marsh Way, Rainham, England, RM13 8EU. You can reach us at emails.afriz360.com.

In these terms, "we" and "us" mean AFRIZ Ltd. "You" means the person or organisation placing the order.

2. What you are buying

We sell digital tools. When you buy one, you are buying a licence to use it. You are not buying the tool itself, and ownership of it stays with us at all times.

Your licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and cannot be sub-licensed.

The Wellbeing Baseline Diagnostic is licensed to the single organisation named on the order for its own internal use. It does not extend to group companies, subsidiaries, affiliates or clients unless they hold their own licence.

The Working Life Baseline is licensed to one individual for personal use.

3. What you may and may not do.

You may use the tools for your own internal or personal purposes and keep or print your results.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish or sub-licence the tools in whole or in part. You may not use them in delivering consultancy, coaching, training or any other service to a third party. You may not remove or alter any ownership or copyright notice.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling on the product page and exclude VAT where applicable. Payment is due on order, and your licence begins when we receive it.

5. Delivery and your right to cancel

Digital tools are delivered immediately on payment.

If you are buying as a consumer rather than for business purposes, you would normally have fourteen days to cancel. Because these are digital materials supplied immediately, that right is lost once download or access begins. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you are giving up your fourteen-day cancellation right. We cannot supply the tool without that confirmation.

6. Refunds

Our guarantee. Separately from the position above, and as a promise we choose to make, if a tool is not useful to you, email us within fourteen days of purchase, and we will refund you in full. There is no form to complete and no explanation required.

If something is wrong. If what you received does not match its description or does not work, email us at email.afriz360.com, and we will put it right or refund you.

How to claim. Email us at emails.afriz360.com with your order reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five working days.

7. What these tools are not

Please read this before you buy. It describes the limits of what you are purchasing.

They are not a certification, an accreditation, an audit or an independent verification. Any score you produce is self-assessed, and you must describe it that way in anything you publish.

They are not clinical, medical or psychological assessments. They do not diagnose anything, and they do not assess or treat the health of any individual. If you are concerned about your health or your mental health, please speak to your GP, your occupational health service, or another qualified professional.

They are not legal, regulatory, financial or occupational health advice. Requirements vary by jurisdiction, sector and organisation size, and they change.

They do not do the work for you. You remain responsible for your own compliance, for the accuracy of anything you enter, and for every claim you make about your workforce or your social performance.

8. Personal data

Our tools are designed to run entirely on your own device. Nothing you enter is sent to us or to anyone else.

The organisational tool is built to hold aggregate figures only. Do not send us personal data about your employees. If you do, we will tell you and delete it.

9. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Otherwise, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with these tools is limited to the amount you paid for them in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

10. Ending your licence

We may end your licence if you breach these terms and do not put it right within fourteen days of being asked. If we do, you must stop using the tool and delete your copies, and confirm to us that you have done so if we ask.

11. Changes

We may improve the tools over time. We may also change these terms for future purchases, but the terms that apply to your purchase are the ones in force on the date of your order.

12. General

These terms are the whole agreement between us in relation to your purchase. If a court finds any part of them unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
