Refund Policy

Your statutory position. These are digital materials delivered immediately on payment. If you are buying as a consumer, you would normally have fourteen days to cancel, but that right is lost once the download begins. At checkout you are asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you are giving up that right. We cannot supply the materials without that confirmation. Business buyers do not have a statutory cancellation right.

Our guarantee, which goes further. Separately from the above, and as a promise we choose to make, if the materials are not useful to you, email us within fourteen days of purchase, and we will refund you in full. There is no form to complete and no explanation required.

If something is wrong. If what you received does not match its description or does not work, email us at emails.afriz360.com, and we will put it right or refund you. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

How to claim. Email emails.afriz360.com with your order reference. Refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within five working days.
